- Leaders of privately held companies, 10 to 250 people: owners and the people who run the business with them. No vendors, no advisors, no one selling anything. Including me.

What happens in the room
- 7:30
Breakfast and introductions. Twelve leaders, one sentence each on what’s eating them this quarter.
- 8:00
The talk. Sixty minutes on the handful of things that separate a business that depends on its owner from one that doesn’t. Plain language, a few tools you can use Monday.
- 9:00
The table. We put the biggest issues in the room on the whiteboard, pick the three that matter most, and solve them together. This is the part people come back for.
- 10:00
Done. On time, every time. You leave with a next step and eleven phone numbers.
